Non-communicable diseases are causing a large number of deaths in Bangladesh, and the curve is very alarmingly ascensive. Besides elderlies, an increasing number of youths and middle-aged people are suffering from NCDs nowadays, posing an overwhelming effect on the country’s health system. The rise of NCDs has been driven by primarily four major risk factors: physical inactivity, unhealthy diets, tobacco use, and the harmful use of alcohol.

KHEA FOUNDATION launches campaign programs to explain and raise awareness on effective measures to protect people from the risks that contribute to these conditions.
