In collaboration with the KHEA Foundation, Splendor Low Vision and Rehabilitation Center is providing free Braille training for the visually impaired people. This Braille Training Course is a part of an effort to empower the visually impaired people. This course is funded by, KHEA Foundation. And all the participants who completed the course, given a certificate of accomplishment.
