Malicious social cultures and social stigma are still holding people of underprivileged communities of Bangladesh back, especially adolescent girls and mid-age women from attaining primary healthcare.
KHEA Foundation went to some distant rural areas where most of the people are ignorant of hygiene issues. We arranged health campaigns to create awareness about common health conditions that can be easily curable with proper treatment. Female healthcare issues, which are usually unaddressed and overlooked, were emphasized along with general health queries among general people.
